Can you please perform all the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? Additionally, have you tried reinstalling your game by any chance? It will help to eliminate any conflicts, such as, corrupted data that can lead to this issue.

If you're still experiencing this after completing the steps from above, can I kindly ask you to provide us with a short video of this occurring, so we can investigate?

Just posting to let you all know, our teams have announced that this issue should be resolved in the recent 1.5.2 update. If you'd previously had issues interacting with Vagn after finishing A River to Raid, please let us know.

If that does happen, please make sure to have a go of our troubleshooting guide. In particular, please make sure you've done the steps to verify the game files, as this ensures you've got the most up-to-date version.

If the issue then persists, it'd be really useful to have a video showing what happens. Your video should show:

• What happens when you try to interact with Vagn,
• What your current quest objective is,
• A brief look at your most recently completed quests in your journal, and
• The game's patch version from the main menu.

If you let me know which platform you are playing on, I'll be able to give some pointers on how best to record gameplay clips. The resulting clips can then be uploaded to the file- or video-sharing service of your choice, and a link sent to us here in the thread.
