[2022] Hytham codex quest bugged

I collected all 6 codex pages for Hytham and turned them in, he tells me to go talk to Reda and get a page from him. Reda doesn't talk to me about the page or have any new option to click on, the quest itself tells me to turn in the pages but I already have.

I tried looking up solutions to this issue and the only thing I found was completing Reda's 10 contract quest and listen to his story, the problem I have with this solution is I did both of those already at the very beginning of the game.
