I can confirm, that this issue was introduced with TU 1.6.0 (from the 2nd of August). As mentioned by Keo, the development team has already been informed, and they're currently looking into it.

I can confirm that the development team are intending to fix the issue with Saint George's Tower Shield thumbnail in a future update, however we are unable to confirm when this will be.
