Anyone else having this problem? Bad enough I can't get the supplies needed to upgrade my settlement to max level, or the fabric to do the same with my quiver, but now all my Opals are gone too?

I'm sorry to hear that your Opals have disappeared from your inventory, and that you're no longer able to use your maps or access Reda's Shop inventory. Just to confirm, are you currently playing online or offline? For the Opals to appear and for Reda's Shop to have an inventory, you will need to be using an online connection to connect to the servers.
If you're playing with an online connection and these features are still missing, please don't hesitate to update us so we can investigate this further.
Additionally, you've mentioned that you've been unable to collect supplies and fabric in-game to carry out upgrades with. You may want to check out our ongoing Megathread for this issue, as we'll be sharing any new updates and information from the investigation within this thread.
