I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to locate The Deer. Thanks for sharing your report with us.

To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to capture a video which shows the following:

• Your Order menu, showing that you haven't yet defeated The Deer, and that he is available to be assassinated.
• Your location in-game, showing that The Deer is not in the location to be defeated.

I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then forward this to the development team for further investigation.
