I downloaded AC III Remastered and AC Valhalla from Ubisofts store however when i try to play them, the menu is delayed and laggy and when starting a game its below 10fps, this includes loading screen itself. It takes a good few minutes to load Valhallas menu screen up too.
Not having any issues with any other games, including other Ubisoft games such as far cry 6, its literally just Assassins Creed games.
This happens regardless of what settings are used. I'm completely baffled. I have updated the drivers ect. ect., I have thought about reverting the drivers as it seemed to get worse somehow when I updated. I installed it on C drive, verified files internet connection is also fine.
Im using an I7-11700 with RTX 3070, 16gb RAM.
