[2022] Please help... PS4 runes disapears in PS5

Help! My runes disappears when i switch from ps4 ver to ps5 ver. Please help...The only add-ons that i don't have is Dawn of Ragnarök, and the game is up to date as of today. I own the ultimate pack if anyone is wondering what i have.

So the on ps4 version, I have my runes sitting in my inventory. I then save and switch to the ps5 verison and load up the saved file that i recently saved. I open inventory and some of the runes are gone, mostly the rune of life is gone, but i'll let my recorded video explain it.
