I bought full game and season pass. Installed all and everything was working fine. Yesterday I tried to load save and message pop up that I missing dlc content for that specific save. I checked in game store and in owned I have now druids, paris but I missing ragnarok which I already played. Its also not listed in in game store so I checked playstation store -> bought and installed. Reinstalling everything didn't worked. I don't like to loosing that kind of world integrity so I'm stuck until I get solution.

I noticed that before it happened - after I press X to start and game is checking add-ons it took few minutes like there was some issues with connection. My broadband works fine - tested. Also in game store Add-Ons tab sometimes show error with connection when I'm trying to list content.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the DLC content of the game, preventing you from accessing certain saves.

We've received a few reports about this, but they've been exclusive to Xbox Series consoles. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message, the main menu showing the game is fully up-to-date and from the Animus Store showing that the content is installed?

Once I have the screenshots, I'll be able to update the report to include PS5 in the investigation.
