I have stacked and validated the cairn stones at least 20 times, in various orders. I have tried with 3 and 4 stones. I have reverted back to old saves and also carried out other quests and returned, to no avail. i play on pc im waiting help and sugestion or fix on next patch

This issue is something that was reported to the team and they've had issues reproducing.
Are you able to first please try verifying the game's files and if there's no change, please capture a clip of the issue so we can pass it onto the team for them to take another look?
