Hello,
I'm having issues progressing with the chain, I have gone to the docks to speak to UBBA gone through the monologue and then he just stands there and doesn't do anything. He doesn't even say about jumping on the horses which i checked what should happen!

Any help would be ideal please as I'm stuck here now 🙄
