Hello @throwinsauce63 sorry to hear about the clipping issues you have experienced with this world event, we are aware that the NPC can disappear completely, but this is the first time I have heard of him clipping into the wall.
If possible, would you be able to provide the following details to help us try to resolve this issue? -
Q1. Please let us know if your latest save file has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). If you can do this for us, we will be able to use your save files for our investigation
Q2. Are you able to capture a video that demonstrates the location of this NPC and how you are unable to interact with them, then upload to a website such as Youtube or Imgur and the like, for us to view?
