I’m currently stuck with two glitches: I’m unable to complete the “Twists and Turns” quest (he just waits in bushes at the end of the city). I am also unable to assassinate The Needle in Jorvik either—I can’t harm him at all with any type of weaponry.
Really frustrated!

The issue with Twists and Turns should have been resolved from a game update already. Please could you record a video and upload it to YouTube (or similar), showing you have the game fully updated already and the issue still happening and I will forward this over to the game team so they can see it is still happening for you.
Can you also please make sure your save game is uploaded to the cloud in-game, as they will be able to access your save file if needed too.
Regarding the other issue with The Needle, does he fight you at all and you can't damage him? If he's not fighting you and you can't damage him, this issue should also have been resolved with update 1.2.2, so if you can video that and show your game up to date too, we'll also forward that on.
