Sorry to hear you're unable to draw your bow or dodge.
I've seen some players experience issues with certain actions when there were custom key bindings. Could you please open your controls menu and reset the key bindings to default?
If that doesn't help, we'll need to take a closer look at the issue, and we could use some additional information. Namely, which controller you're using (by the look of it, it's from Sony, so PS4 or PS5), if it's connected to your PC via cable or Bluetooth and if you're able to draw your bow/dodge when using the keyboard controls instead.
