Could you please provide a video that shows the following:
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

As you can see we have requested the same information from the topicstarter and as soon as they will get back to us with the answer, we will forward this to the development team.
