I downloaded assasins creed valhalla dawn of ragnarok on epic games, when i try to lounch it it sends me to ubisoft store,when i connect there it sends me back to epic games and i am getting message "an epic games service is unavailable at the moment. please try again later".. When i try to lounch game "out the epic games" game starts downloading again on Ubisoft store (130gb)... By the way i cant play game now

Thanks for reaching out to us, I'm sorry to see you've had issues launching the game.

Just to better understand the issue though - what happens when you launch the game via Epic?

Are you directed to Ubisoft Connect to reinstall the game? Or are you taken to the Ubisoft Connect Store to rebuy the game?

Have you ensured you have the correct Ubisoft and Epic Games Accounts linked too?
