I got the mentor cloak and tested on, but looking closely the texture or her is really blurry and ugly, there was a time that it load correctly and it was looking pretty but now it is stuck at ugly texture...

I just checked it for you and I haven't seen any similar reports. Can I kindly ask you to provide us with a few screenshots of this occurrence, so we can investigate it further for you?

Thank you for providing this video as well as the accompanying screenshot, @fcpa05. I can clearly see the visual issues you are describing, particularly the blurred / pixelated seam lines on the outer edges of the hood itself.
I've forwarded your report to the developers for them to look into more closely, along with a copy of your most recent save file.
