I've recently bought Valhalla, however, I managed to load it once since the update on the 10th and haven't been able to do so since.
Every time I boot the game, it crashes just after the bit that informs you of the saving feature. I have tried every method available. I submitted a ticket on Wednesday, however, haven't received any help since.

I'm very sorry that you've not gotten a response to your ticket yet, I know how frustrating that is. Our team is dealing with a higher than normal contact volume so it may take time to get to your case but they will get to it as soon as they are able. As soon as your case is reviewed you'll be receiving an update so please keep an eye on your case for now!
