So I have a pointer at a location where im supposed to break urns but there is nobody to talk to. I read that there is supposed to be a NPC there but cant find it.
really sick of all the bugs in this game 
already had to restart after 30 hours because of another bug and hoping that I dont have to do it again since I cant get a refund (despite the game being released full of bugs)
@fiddz0r Hey there! Thank you so much for reaching out about this issue. First, I'd like to confirm if you have a recent save that you can access? It's been shown that restarting this particular quest from a previous save has helped with getting that NPC to appear. If you don't have any recent saves, however, or that didn't seem to help, would you also give verifying your game files a try? Doing some further basic troubleshooting steps for your PC is also a good method in getting this issue resolved for you.
If the NPC still won't show up for you after those steps, could you grab either some screenshots or a video clip of this for me to pass along to the game team? It would be much appreciated!
