I pre-ordered the collector's edition of AC Valhalla and I entered the codes for the berserkers packs and everything else but I still didn't get any of it, I have reached my settlement in England and have already builded a couple of things there. Shouldn't I already have recieved these items?
If referring to the "Way of the Berserker" preorder bonus, if you correctly redeemed your code as described in our support article, then after completing the prologue and establishing the settlement in England, you should have automatically seen the quest added to your quest log. Alternatively, there may be letters to be picked up at the Longhouse in the settlement that will trigger the quests.
If you're referring to the items in the Ultimate Pack, including the Berserker Gear Pack, Berserker Settlement Pack and Berserker Longship Pack, please be advised that we're aware of an issue in some regions where this content is not being delivered, and we're investigating.
