[2022] [RESOLVED] Items purchased from the Helix store have disappeared from my inventory | POST HERE

Now 1.6.1 takes 2 items/per pack in packs like Draugr Character, and Nifleheim Ship packs. Also disapeared items (like Rogue and Dragon) has 2 excluding themselves 2 signals. I don't see them in Helix store (theoretically good signal) but also I don't recover them in my save inventory.
What the hell is going on?
I loose Draugr face tattoo, hood, and mount. I loose some items from Round Table, Valkyrie, Nifleheim, Blood Eagle (it looks like I don't have even some Ubisoft Connect items if they showing in Helix store)
