[2022] Objects are blurry (not loaded?)

Hi, i've been having issues with my game even when running it on the highest graphical settings....
Some textures seem to not load correctly (for example tables, walls etc...)
My pc specs :

RTX 2070 super
i5 10600k 4.10 ghz
16 G RAM

Can you guide me please, here are some screenshots of what i'm saying :

Are you able to please provide more examples of any low-graphic textures you've encountered?

Or is it just this specific fence?

Please also make sure you've tried verifying the game's files too.
