Hi @gvicentem apologies for the late response. 

I have checked your support case and can see that your save file and system files were forwarded on to the development team to help with their investigation. 

I'm afraid that the issue is still being investigated and we have no further information. 

I have created a new thread for you as the issue you are experiencing is different to the one in the original thread that you posted in.

As soon as we have an update we will update this thread.

I completely understand your frustration and I'm sorry you feel we are giving you empty responses @gvicentem. This is definitely not our intent.

I can confirm that the team is still investigating, and someone will update this thread as soon as we have any information from them but at this time, I don't have any updates. In your scenario, think of us more as the receptionist than the mechanic and know that we are doing our best.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for and you have my deepest apologies for that. 😞
