I have checked your support case and can see that your save file and system files were forwarded on to the development team to help with their investigation.
I'm afraid that the issue is still being investigated and we have no further information.
I have created a new thread for you as the issue you are experiencing is different to the one in the original thread that you posted in.
As soon as we have an update we will update this thread.
