Hey all , I also managed to fix this!
I first deleted the entire game and redownloaded it but it did not work.
Then i deleted the add on , then restarted my network hub. Then redownloaded and restarted from blazing trail. All you need to do is this and then when you get to the part where you are following the tracks, examine everything you need to and then when you are climbing the hill to reach her fly as a raven rather than via mount or walking and then when you're a bird flying over you should find her lying down.
Hope this helps, I know how frustrating this was!
