[2021] Rations not working

My Rations will not reset after I finished playing the Wrath of the Druids DLC. It shows that I have 3 rations, but it only flashes red whenever I try to heal up. Is there anyway to reset it this or fix it?

In addition to what @Kormac67 asked, have you upgraded your rations and if so, what is the maximum you can usually carry?
