I downloaded the game on Xbox one and went to click on the new game section but it was locked then went down to Ubisoft connect and it said i needed the app an account and wifi which i both had but it still didn't work what can i do.

Do you have a Ubisoft account linked to your current Xbox Live?
And could you please provide an image of the error so we can see what you're encountering more clearly?
