It happened again. Gear reset, no refund, hadn't played in a couple of updates because the ongoing issues were constantly dissapointing me. is there any way to truly reset the game and start again, hoping that it won't happen again?
@thedevilcomes I am extremely sorry to hear this issue is happening again. I completely understand this has been a frustrating issue to deal with coming back to the game. Regarding resetting the game, have you tried loading a new or previous save with the same results? To help us take a closer look over this, could you confirm if you are witnessing the same items that were reset before, and could you name off the gear pieces you recently noticed that have been reverted to their base quality?
