I've been collecting some opals in Ireland and I found out that my opal count is not increasing. I had 1 opal after buying something from Reda and after collecting 10 or so wild opals in Ireland I looked in my inventory and saw that the number hasn't increased. The opals however disappear from the map.

(I have 6 now after doing a daily mission)

@ubi-keo The development team have been unable to reproduce the issue.

They have asked if this still occurs since installing the 1.3.0 update? And can you also confirm if this only happens with the opals collected in Ireland?

@philyg213 Thanks for the update. Can you let us know if your opal total updates after you immediately complete a contract from Reda, or if it does not update then either? And to confirm, does this still occur after installing the 1.3.0 update?

Can you also go through the connectivity troubleshooting then try again to see if the issue still persists.

Hello there @PhilyG213!

The development team have been taking a closer look at your report, and would like an update following the release of TU 1.3.1:

  • Are you still encountering this issue of your Opals not being counted whilst in Ireland and Francia?
  • Does this happen every time you collect and Opal whilst in these regions, or does it only happen sometimes?
  • Are the Opals always added to your inventory, even after a delay? You mentioned that doing a mission from Reda will immediately update the total amount for you. Have any of the Opals gone missing and not been added to your inventory?


Can you also let us know if you've tried the connectivity troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague @Ubi-Mark?
