My apologies your game is crashing at the splash screen; I know how frustrating that can be.
First, I'd like you to clear your Ubisoft Connect cache and run through any of the steps in the troubleshooting guide you didn't complete when you were doing the YouTube tutorials. If it's still not resolved, I'd ask that you attach your System Files to a Support Case. After doing so, please update me and I'll be happy to take a closer look into this with you if needed.
