@petek thanks for providing a video. Could you also confirm if you are using default or custom controls?

I can see in the video you are using Odin's sight which is pressing and holding the V key, to summon Synin you only need to press the V key, have you tried that? I assume you have if you have been able to use Synin in other maps other than Svartalfheim I just wanted to check.

@petek Apologies for the delayed reply! To continue testing this, could you try changing the key-binding for calling Synin to a few other keys to see if there's any change at all? Thanks!

Hi @petek I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues using Synin in Svartalfheim.

Do you have a controller that you could try using to see if the issue still occurs?

Hi @petek the development team have been unable to load your save file that was provided.

They have also noticed in the video that you have over 1 million silver which is quite a lot. Could you please confirm if you are using any third party software to manipulate the game in anyway? If so could you please disable this and try using Synin again as this could be the cause of the issue and why the development team were unable to load your save file.

If you are not using any third party software then could you please create a new manual save then upload it to the cloud and confirm when you have done this and I will forward it on for them to try again.
