Slightly different issue - CAN'T BUY THE DARN BOOSTER PACK!!!! I can click all buttons to purchase it but it does not download. No credits are taken but I have missed many sales and there is one currently happening now but I CAN'T BUY THE DARN BOOSTER PACK!!!! This has been going on for months! I have a PS4 Pro and a disc.

Hi @bobnewton2! I'm sorry to hear that there's an issue you've experienced trying to purchase a booster pack. Do you receive any error messages when trying to purchase it?

Thank you for clarifying the steps you take to make a purchase in the game bobnewton2. Can I ask have you been able to make any Valhalla transactions on the PlayStation store recently, without issue? > https://store.playstation.com/

Can I also ask if you have a Twitch Prime subscription, or have ever claimed the Twitch Prime boosters?

Is it possible you can record a short video of this, then upload it to a site such as YouTube for us to view this, as I believe this particular issue on PlayStation has not been reported before from the information I can find, so a video may help us greatly.

Thank you for confirming this information on the Twitch Prime boosters, I believe it may be connected to the issue you are having.

Can I just check also, as I did not check your progress in the game, have you progressed through the game enough, to complete the Family Matters quest, and have been able to save your Viking crew in Norway, at the beginning of the game yet?

@bobnewton2 I wonder if it is to do with the region of your disc and your PSN account.

Can you provide an image of your game disc and the spine of you game case so we can see what region disc you have please?

It's just extra information we can forward on when reporting this to be looked into.

Thanks for those images, @BobNewton2! Would you also be able to include an image of the spine of your game box for us? We'll need this to ascertain the region of your game disc.

Would you also be able to provide us with an additional video, as this will be helpful for the development team. In your video, can you please show the following:

  • The items you have already purchased via "Purchased" in the Animus Store. This should also show all the Prime Gaming rewards you have claimed in the past.
  • What happens when you try to purchase the booster packs. I'm aware that you don't receive any error messages, but if they can see exactly how the transactions processes on your system, this could be useful.


I'd recommend uploading any footage to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread.
