Hi,
Today I load Assassin's Creed Valhalla after several months (unfortunately I haven't been able to play for a number of reasons) and when I load my saving I received the free Prime Gaming Charlemagne set that I'd claim some months ago by entering in my Prime Gaming account.
So I received everything in the set (the sword, the shield, the sails, the shields, the figurehead, the the tail) but not the hull.
So my question is why, and how can I do in order to have it.
