I am unable to start a game in AC Valhalla on PC. Every single time I try to load a save game or even start a new game, it freezes on the loading screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything is already up to date on my computer so I do not know what the problem is. The game launches fines to the main menu but won't let me start a game.

As a first step, could you have a look at our Basic PC Troubleshooting guide? Make sure that you are verifying your game files when doing these steps, as this error could be a result of a corrupted file.
I'd also advise uninstalling and reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect launcher itself.
Another important step to take when you're experiencing these crashes is to make sure that your game and launcher(s) are on the same drive, preferably the hard drive.
