PayPal sent me an email saying I was charged, and in my orders page on Ubisoft Connect it says "Your game is displayed in the Uplay library" next to where it shows my purchase, however it's definitely not there.

I know some others are having the same issue. Anyone find a fix, or any support staff able to help so that I can pre-load this bad boy?

Shman_Doe - I can see that both the game and preorder bonus are now active on your account, and that you've been playing the game - I sincerely hope that you're enjoying it! I do apologise for the delays we were experiencing previously with the processing and delivery of our orders.

naz00l - As above, I can see that the game and preorder bonus were since activated on your account, and that you've been playing the game. Enjoy, and please accept my apologies for the issues we experienced just prior to launch day!

ivierlin76 - As a quick heads-up, the orders you place via Ubisoft Connect are separate to those placed via the Ubisoft Store in your browser, so you'll need to check your history in the same place as you placed your order to see it. As with Shman_Doe and naz00l, it looks like your order has been delivered now, and that you've been playing the game, so I hope that you're enjoying it!

Preload already started & I dont see my game on the library | Forums
I still don't see my game in the library, I contacted Ubisoft support on 30/Oct/2020 and got a reply on 04/Nov/2020. The person contacted me needed some details about the payment which I sent on the same day,. But I still did not get a reply. Can someone at this end help me, my case number is 13019432 because Preload is already started.
