@Sigfried-M Thanks for your updates, and I apologize for the delayed reply. Our teams have been working to respond to all players and timely as possible. Thanks for providing that information about the temporary workaround. I've reported this issue to our developers and provided the video you sent. That being said, I'd like to collect a bit more information about this situation.

1. Aside from updating Windows and Nvidia, were you able to try the steps in the previously sent article? These steps will help us rule out a few other common conflicts.
2. Is this happening with any other hairstyles or only the ones you bought during the Sigrblot festival?
3. Does this glitch appear in the actual gameplay or only in the menu?
4. If possible, could you provide images or another video showing the other hairstyles that are glitched?
