[2021] Ubisoft Please fix - Fire effects missing in game

Hey there @AORUS2017 - thanks for reporting this visual issue to us! I've seen players reporting that torches don't have flames before, but not that fireplaces don't have fires in them!

I asked my colleagues @Ubi-Borealis and @Ubi-Keo if they were able to reproduce this issue in any form, and they were both able to, so we've opened an investigation with the developers including your images, latest cloud save file, and the images/videos we've all been able to produce ourselves as well. Should we receive any updates, I'll reply again here to let you know! Thanks!
