I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue! Please try the troubleshooting steps here and see if they help get this resolved. If not, would you be able to provide a video of your issue so that we can take a closer look into what's happening? Once you have the video recorded, please upload it to a website like YouTube and share the link with us here. You should be able to upload the video directly from the console. It may upload as private though, so please be sure to change the video settings to Public or Unlisted so we can see it. Thanks in advance!
