So I've completed the grave and get all the way to the end and the tablet that should be on the table just isn't there to be picked up. When I use my odin sense the table shines bright blue and the music plays when I get close but nothing is there for me to interact or pick up.

You should be able to grab it just to the right of the table if you smash the crates there, as helpfully mentioned by @Abeonis
@ikari____ Have you had issues collecting any other keys or items recently? If you stand on the table I assume it doesn't make a difference to this? Does the icon still show on the map for this?
