As @tcarlisle2012 and @Hello868 pointed out - the expansion is scheduled to be released on 10/03/2022. It will be then automatically downloaded and playable on your platform.
As you mentioned, you should have already received the Twilight Pack, which is a pre-order bonus that can be used in the base game.
