I was able to find a site that has some game case images uploaded and found this one if it helps?
You may also be able to ask in any local game stores if they have any spares, as sometimes they may have display cases for the shelves like before a game has released to use as a pre-order advertisement that they eventually stop using once the game is out, but due to the game being out for some time now, they may no longer use or have them.
