[2022] Friend Referral Program missing from overlay

Ubisoft announced Assassins Creed Valhalla friends referral program. Supposedly we can get rewards for invite the friends to play the game. Due this web it must be seen in overlay: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-ca/help/article/friend-referral-programs-in-ubisoft-connect/000102621

There is no such friends referral program in the overlay. There is no any way to invite anyone.

Besides, I tried to play today for the first time after last patch, and it was impossible. The game shuts down itself without any error message.
