I am having serious problems in Jotunheim.

First quest with Aegirs sisters or how it was called, talk, drink, figure out what happened, got stucked in every third clue (blue vision). Literally in them. Like boat on the ground, just walked into it and got stucked inside the texture.

Had problems returning 3 roots. When I returned and opened the door to the house, animation wasnt triggered, i could easily walk inside and nothing happened. Quest mark was under the tree inside some root.

Serpent tree .. view point .. i climbed, no problems, during the synch animation, game crashed. Second climbing, stucked in a middle, cannot go up .. cannot jump, cannot climb up, only down .. the game just wont let me.
And so much more ..

Hello @archsh3riff,

Happy New Year and my apologies for not responding sooner. Thank you for providing such a detailed description of those 3 issues along with the screenshot.

We've received reports of players who are unable to complete the mystery "Aegir's Daughters".

The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it.
In the meantime, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to make further research. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for investigations.

Would you also be able to send us a video of this issue, please? It will help us get a better understanding of your issue in order to facilitate further investigation.

Speaking about returning 3 roots and the game crash during the synch animations, could you please make sure that game is fully updated and check through the steps in this article and see if there's anything you haven't tried yet, as we just need to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC first of all. If that does not help, please get back to us so we can create a support case for you.

I look forward to hearing back from you, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.
