[2021] [Bug/Glitch]River Riad Glitch

Only very recent after several attempts on RR (I had completed all England quest and left RR quest), my capacity for supplies is one. Still one after reset and back at home my balance is 201.
I had upgrade the capacity and it reduced to one. How to resolve ? Its seem I need to do "endless" raid.
