I bought a Scroll of Knowledge and wasn't immediately awarded a Mastery Point.
I needed to wake up and visit another merchant for it to trigger.

@bielik01 - as you mentioned the clipping issue, I noticed that the wolf was on the way during the cutscene - is it something that occurs often, or did it happen for the first time?
