I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting, could you clarify for me if you're stuck on a loading screen or if you're being given an error code/message? If you're getting an error code please let me know what it says! It would also be helpful to know when exactly it appears, such as when loading your save or when accessing Reda's shop. And are you still running into this error at this time or has it resolved in the time since you made the post?
