[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Fabric still glitched...

After the 1.0.4 update, I am still not receiving any more than 4 fabric on my game. I was able to get upto 4 fabric then it just stopped, I have not being able to obtain anymore since then, and I have opened 30 chests or more in the harder regions, the small ones that you are meant to be able to get them in. I have cleared all the regions of wealth too in England and still with no luck I have not got anymore than 4. I thought it was fixed when I got my first one but as soon as I got to 4 it has just stopped.
