Some of the equipment purchased in the Animus store in the past, such as the Draugr figurehead and dragoon leg equipment, is displayed as not being purchased. It has also been removed from inventory. Even if you purchase it again, it will not be purchased. I have checked the files, restarted the PC, and reinstalled, but it doesn't help. Any advice?

Hi @luckylandcom I'm sorry to hear that some of the items that you previously purchased from the Helix store are no longer appearing in your inventory or show as owned in the store.

I can confirm that several other players have also encountered this issue and it was reported to the development team.

They recently confirmed that they are intending to fix this with a future update, however we are unable to confirm when this will be.

Hi @BladeAssassinFM I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing an issue with missing purchased items.

As mentioned in my last response the development team are intending to fix this with a future update.

I'm sorry to hear the issue doesn't seem to be resolved when it should be from yesterday's patch. Please can you just clarify in a new post below:

  • Platform you are playing on (PC, Xbox, PlayStation)
  • Confirm you have the 1.6.2 update and still missing (Yes / No)
  • Which items are still missing
