So i received a code on 16/03/2022 for my twilight pack and i used it and installed it . I am still waiting for the content to appear in the game. I went into my add on to try and see if i forgot to download it and it missing. I received a new code from Ubisoft today and when i put the code in it's saying i already own the pack. what kind of bug is this.. How can i own something that doesn't show on my account and yet im being told i already own it.
