Having an issue Relinking my Ubisoft Account to my PSN account after Unlinking them on the instructions of Ubisoft Support for a different issue. I was told to UNLINK and then Relink my accounts to solve the issue of not being able to connect to Ubisoft Connect in AC Valhalla. Now when I click the Relink button, it tells me it's already connected to another account, even though the first time I tried to relink them, i did it as soon as the page refreshed after clicking the Unlink button, so there was no time for another person to steal the account or whatever happened. I have only ever had one PSN account AND one Ubisoft Account, so this error should be impossible but alas, here we are. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone know if there's anything to do besides opening a support ticket? Because I've tried this over a dozen times with varying responses some that obviously didnt understand the problems based on the questions they asked me. Some responses were completely irrelevant even. I answered every single response and question asked of me and still have gotten nowhere. FINALLY I got someone that asked me my PSN name so they could see if its linked to another Ubisoft Account or whatever else they could find out, but I'm still waiting for a response. I've been trying to solve this issue for over 3 months now to get this simple issue resolved so I'm looking for any and all help I can get, here. I've tried multiple times to access the Live Chat function on every day of the week, at varying times of day, only to have it route me back to the email support feature, there is no support number you can call to get a live person, the Facebook Support page's FB Messenger function is not a love Chat either and takes days to get a response so there is literally no way that I've found to get a live chat of any kind going, or any way to get responses that don't take days to a week or more so I reiterate my question/issue here to see if I can get any more help. Thank you to anyone that reads this and has any kind of helpful advice or answers.

@Zakhar597 @Hotpoptart110 Hello! Welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues relinking your PSN accounts to your Ubisoft accounts.

When you unlink a PSN account, you can only relink it to the Ubisoft account it was originally connected to. You can find this information here. I recommend making sure you're not trying to link your accounts to anything other than the ones they were originally connected to.

However if you continue to have trouble linking your accounts, please create a Support Ticket so that we can look into this further. We are experiencing a high contact volume, but we're working to respond back to everyone as quickly as possible.
