I still don't see my game in the library, I contacted Ubisoft support on 30/Oct/2020 and got a reply on 04/Nov/2020. The person contacted me needed some details about the payment which I sent on the same day,. But I still did not get a reply.

Can someone at this end help me, my case number is 13019432 because Preload is already started.
