After finishing Valhalla I signed up for Ubisoft+ to play the DLC. The Siege of Paris and Ireland quests showed up in my quest list, but when I quit and later relaunched Valhalla via the Ubisoft+ tab, those quests went missing. This is poorly implemented, but more important, how do I get the DLC quest lines back?!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're missing those quest lines and not having the best experience. If you previously had another version of Valhalla installed, I'd recommend uninstalling that one and making sure the one from Ubisoft + was installed as that could cause some issues with missing content.
